The list of Blueberries called to play in the Euro U17 was unveiled this afternoon. No real surprise, Giuntini has convened three Parisians to compete in the competition in may next, namely, the advocates Tanguy Nianzou Kouassi (pictured) and Timothy Pembele as well as the midfielder Adil Aouchiche.
Jean-Luc Giuntini, coach of Team France U17, has announced the list of players who will participate in the Euro 2019 category. Three Parisians will compete in the competition which begins on may 3 next, in the Republic of Ireland. There are, therefore, Tanguy Nianzou Kouassi, Adil Aouchiche and Timothy Pembele, three players very used this season by Thiago Motta with the U19 PSG.
The Blueberries will England (may 3), and Sweden (6 may) before facing the netherlands (may 9) to close this phase of hens. Giuntini will be able to count on his captain, Tanguy Nianzou Kouassi, as well as on Adil Aouchiche, double scorer in the last game against Slovakia, and should take place within the midfield habs. These last two have not yet signed professional contract in the capital and the negotiations are very complicated.
About Timothy Pembele, it should occupy a role a little less important than his two friends but has a versatility appreciated. In fact, the young parisian has been used in central defence, in the corridors (right and left) and even in the middle during his season in the club. Note that Pembele has already signed a professional contract with PSG.
